I was trying to figure out if this message was someone who has problem with english or something else, from your other message I see it is an english issues and it looks a bit like google translate or so.
So, to take a guess at the corrected english message I'm guessing
"I try to eat with questions" -> I'm hunger with questions -> I have lot of questions
"Specify on points sequence of actions at an encryption of the message for concrete day of week..."
