a cry for help for M4 encryption sample

I said I would be back and here is Me!!

have failed about ten times trying different m4 encryptions so started at  the beginning example.
It not working either.

 i would like some enterprizing stud to  follow this example in the EWCG kriegsmarine  basic encrypting and sending procedure and see if it works for you.

I have verify everything three times and get the same results down to step no. 15 that wants an answer of KKZW.  BUT I get KHHR.    If you get the book result please send me your copy of the .eni file to my email address

I don't know what I am doing wrong so i think this is the right track to take to learn my error
