Back in WWII you would be assigned a radio net and format by Command and would use the assigned daily code sheets as they were distibuted. Today to encode, you can select any radio net you like however to allow the message receipent the ability to decode without too much diffuculty you would need to disclose the date and which radio net you used to encode along with the tables used. There are some clues in the structure of the transmitted message, for example, Kriegsmarine begin and end with the same characters. Else we may not be able to decode your message without WWII code breaking techniques, brute-force computing etc. or it may not be decodable at all.
